Hey All,
This is a great forum. I've been reading it on and off over the past year (not posting though), but I found that the South Beach Diet is not for me. So, on to the next diet... Now I'm going to try the Fat Smash Diet by Dr. Ian Smith. I noticed that there is no support forum like this one for this diet, so I decided to start one. So, if you are interested in trying this new diet, please check out www.fatsmashforum.com. Its a brand new board so there is not much on there but its a start.
