| Has anybody heard or tried this diet? I was just wondering if it is similar to the SB diet. There was an insert in my Sunday paper this past week and from reading it it sounds very simliar to the SB diet but I am wondering if there is anything different in it. I am on day two of the SB diet and so far so good. |

| It sounded very similar to me, too, when I read about it. I think it's just Rodale (the publishers of both Prevention and SB) trying to have another big moneymaker on their hands. |

I totally agree with the previous poster. I got the book & it was terrible. Basically, if you read prevention magazine, the book has absolutely nothing new to offer.
I have no further interest in Prevention magazine now, and have cancelled my subscription.
It is totally a cash-grab scam |
