This is a wonderful site. I've used it for many years and it has been a great diet and weight loss tool. You can enter your daily menu and this site will tell you how many calories you have consumed and what percent is carbs/fat/protein/alcohol. You can also enter your weight each time it changes and the site will make a line graph tracking your weight loss patterns. There is another section for entereing your daily exercise. The exercise section also has a graph to show you how your are progressing with your daily workouts. All that and a whole bunch more for free! It's great! I haven't bought the software promoted on their website, so I don't know if buying it is worth it. I definately reccomend the free stuff though! Check it out. :D
