the day i need supplements to control my eating habits is the day i jump off a bridge. honestly ... #1 best skill i learned by doing SB is to be in control of my eating and to exercise willpower when it comes to mealtime.

HUH? Rather than eating candy(chocolate) which causes cravings, you get a POWERPOP which does the 'opposite' of causing cravings-plus has other benefits.Did you read the entire article?

BTW, if you substituted a cup of coffee for every Miracle-Pop in the Miracle-Pop Diet, you would have the exact same effect. but with fewer calories. and less sugar. for about .40 a day. ATMO

i averaged 1700 and sat on my fat tushie and lost umm hmmm 5 pounds.
