when I use 'ImageShack' all of my stuff comes out this sizeeven when I try to resize it , it won't. I know I must be missing some step here.... but what is it??

When Imageshack gives you the page with all of the codes and URLs to use for different forums and purposes, the top half says something like "please use these thumbnails to save bandwith on our servers" or something like that. So you are grabbing the URLs and forum codes for the thumbnails. If you click on those in your post, it then takes the user to the bigger image. It makes the image transfer quicker for posting because it only has to transfer the smaller image and still allows the user to click on it to see the full image if they want to. If you want to use the full image, they give all that info in the lower half of the page that comes up after you upload your image.
