Eat more walnuts
Add some walnuts to your salad. Rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant-based omega-3 fatty acid, as well as vitamin E, walnuts are good for your heart.
Research shows that eating walnuts as a part of a healthy diet can help your arteries, too. One recent study, published in the journal Circulation, found that about 8 to 13 walnuts a day improved the elasticity of the artery leading to the heart in people with high cholesterol levels. :D :D :D :D :D |
