Hi All - I am new to this forum and love it!
I have been on SB for 5 weeks and have lost about 14 pounds! :D
I am confused about Carrots : - I have read in some places that on the "revised SB" carrots are allowed in Phase 2 and 3, but the sources weren't official PLUS, it doesn't make sense, really - :P HELP!!! I do love carrots, but not enough to slow down weight loss!
Any advise would be welcome!

Old Version:
Avoid carrots in Phase 1 and 2; allowed in moderation in Phase 3.
New Version:
Allowed, starting in Phase 2
The new version does allowed in Phase II and III. |

As a follow up, do you think it's one of the foods, though allowed, to be eaten "sparingly" or in moderation (well, of course, everything should be in moderation, but you get the drift.... :P )

| The Good Fats Good Carbs Guide lists carrots as a "good" food -- not limited. If you cook vegetables in water, the guide recommends using as little water as possible and for as short a time as possible in order to retain the maximum amount of nutrients. |
