This is such as stupid question! But someone called my attention to this last night.
Dr. A outlines a 14 day menu plan for Phase 1. I went back through the book and unless I missed it, realized that Dr. A never indicates whether you NEED to follow the diet plan he writes out or whether it's there for an example of what you could be eating.
I have not been following the menu outline. Rather I have been eating on my own using the SBD principles and have been losing. It's beginning of day 5 of phase 1 and I have lost 4lbs.
I know - stupid question but it's been bugging me how everyone else perceived it.
