Does anyone know if these are allowed. I bought a small one this morning, thinking it was perfect with yogurt and berries but then someone said it was loaded with sugar. Anyone know if these are ok to eat or not ?

It falls under the frozen yogurt category as a NO NO...It contains 19-21 grams of sugar and 25-30 grams of carbs. Please avoid them..

Not to mention the granola topping... which is loaded with honey.

It's a sugar bomb!

I threw the granola away and I thank God only ate the $1 size and not the large and no granola. i will never eat one again. Thanks everyone.

I guess I have to make time to make breakfast and not be on the run all the time.
