| I am on day 6 of phase 1. Going great so far, BUT it's getting harder to find side dishes for dinner. I have no problem for the main dish, but there are only so much steamed veggies and salads one can have for a side. What is everyone else doing with dinner? |

I'm on phase 2, but remember those days of being sick of salad. Have you tried the cauliflower "mashed potato's?", also i make zuccini (potato pancake's)You may have to wait for phase 2 for these. Try this web site.

How about some beans?
I make black beans with sauted onions and chopped Canadian Bacon. I just modified the recipe on the can :wink:
