| How much saturated fat is acceptable? I noticed that on the cheeses even the low fat cheeses have atleast 3 gms of saturated fat...also ive seen some recipes in the book that had like 18-20 gms saturated fat, I don't understand..I thought saturated fat was bad...please someone help |

| Dr. Agatston never really says how much saturated fat is ok, and how much is bad. The general rule is the percentage of saturated fat in any given food should not be higher than 30% of the total fat. |
