| I absolutley love ice cream and frozen yogurt and was wondering what would be the most SBD friendly thing I could get other then fudgesicle's, is there anything else. Ben & Jerry's has a new line, is sugar free or low carb or neither the better route? |

| The Ben & Jerry's line is still something like 3x the number of non-nutritious snack calories you're allowed. |

Ice cream is NOT allowed in Phase 1.
This is NOT a low carb diet. Some products in the market might be OK.
Read labels to decide if you can have it or not.
SBD allows 75 calories/day from sweets, and the ice cream is LOADED with fat, so only a couple of bites are going to be "allowed". |

| Put your ricotta desert in the freezer for about 30 - 60 minutes. Yummy. |

Edy’s fat free no sugar added isn’t too bad. It’s “cheating” but it’s not BAD cheating. I’d save it for ph 2 though.
I like the chocolate/strawberry/vanilla kind.
Otherwise, when you have jello put frozen coolwhip on it. That’s good too. Or freeze some vanilla yogurt and put choc. chips in it. |

| Thanks everyone I am in Ph2 and to mix things up last night I scraped my fudgesicle off the stick and stirred in a spoonful of reduced fat natural peanut butter, it did the trick. I always crave cold stuff when spring hits. I'll steer clear of my friends Ben & Jerry. |
