Yet another question.
I drink oolong tea...and it helps control the weight problem...but i drink it bc it tastes good not bc of weight. So my question, is SBD compatible with this oolong tea?

Aren't the Asian diet teas just diuretics?
If so, this may not be a good idea, since you're just depriving your body of water it needs to break down fat. |
