| I love fruit and so far it's been my biggest temptation. I usually have 3 pieces of fruit a day. Are there any that I can have or are they all off limits. I'm in Phase 1 right now. |

Ilovefood,
ALL fruits are off limits in phase 1. When you get to phase 2 (only 2 weeks) you can start to slowly add some back. Do you have the book? It explains pretty well what is and isn't allowed and when. |

wow..that stinks..oh well..
well i guess it's only for a couple weeks. actually today is Day 3.

Even in Phase 2 there are some fruits that are more sugary than others: watermelon, banana, pineapple and any dried fruits like raisins, prunes, ets.
The meal plan lists granny smith apple, cantaloupe, pear, grapefruit, berries as examples.
You can have lemon and lime flavored things. Just probably not the whole fruit. |
