i have to take a seven hour (each way) road trip next weekend. any suggestions for food to bring along on the ride? i'll have cheese stick snacks, but could use suggestions for other easy-to-eat finger food kind of things.
thanks! |

| Raw veggies don't have to be refrigerated, but the dip does. Take a cooler and put the dip in it. Make turkey/ham rollups in baggies and put them in the cooler. I know you shouldn't because of the fat content, but smooth skin slim jim beef sticks are not so bad to eat. |

| I spend a lot of time on the weekends in the car, I usually bring cheese sticks and a container of nuts to hold me over for a couple of hours. I have done the drive-thru salad thing- that's quite a challenge, hope you don't mind some lettuce on the seats. |
