I need to lose 20 lbs in about 40 days, bc I am going on vacation and I have never worn a bikini in my life and I really want to. I work out very regularly and I have a lot of muscle mass but I have this layer of fat covering it, and I can't seem to get rid of it :(
I'm 5'7 and weigh 177, I would like to weigh 160 in 40days...I hope it's possible.
Also, I ate a tablespoon of peanut butter today. Is that ok?

I think its ok for tablespoons of PB. stay with the diet and you will do fine... 20 pounds in 40 days seems kinda harsh and you might not meet that goal... but dont give up.
I been on the SBD for 1 week and 2 days and lost 9 pounds so far. Its great, tough at times though :( |

| Yeah, I think im just setting that goal high, but I would be really happy to lose anywhere from 12-15 lbs. I'm just worried because I dont really eat unhealthy to begin with, and I exercise pretty regulary already. So this is my last hope :( |

| Yeah set yourself a goal of losing 40 pounds overall. My goal is to get from 234 to 205 by Sept. I am 225 now after 1 week on the diet and 205 seems like its in reach. |
