Hi- i am about a week and a half into phase 1 and notice myself beginning to cheat more than i did the first week (eating more than 15 peanuts, ate a bite of a muffin, eating 2 helpings of the ricotta dessert, etc.) I think i am going to stay on phase 1 another week or so and try to stay really strict with myself. I am 22 years old and am only looking to lose about 15 pounds- i haven't weighed lately but i think i am only down about 4 pounds so far. but it is hard to cook for just myself (so i don't really use the recipes from the book) and i don't have anyone here to do the diet with me- sooooo if there is anyone else who needs some help staying motivated and would like a buddy to email with- PLEASE respond!!!!!

| I could really use some motivation myself. I am in week one of phase 2 and I was doing well the first 2 weeks, but I've been slipping really bad these past couple of days. So far, I've lost 10 pounds (I have about 100 to lose) and I really don't want to start gaining, but I'm having a hard time. I also would love to have a buddy! Its hard to do this by yourself. I'm 22 years old and I have about 30 pounds to lose.
