I find I my weight fluxuates sometimes, depending what I ate the night before, how much water I drink, etc, etc. I wouldn't worry about going up one day, it'll probably be right back off tomorrow :D I try to only REALLY compare my weekly weights (I record my weight every monday), otherwise i just get too crazy
good luck on the diet! sounds like you're doing well :) (I've never lost 7 lbs in a week! grrr ;)

| I started the diet 13 days ago. I lost seven pounds from 166 to 159 within the first 6 days, but since then I have stayed the same and even gained back 1 lb- 160 in the past couple days. I don't understand. I haven't changed my eating habits since I started. I keep thinking maybe this diet will not work for me. Any thoughts? |

| As others have said, I think it is very important to weigh once a week. Daily fluctuations are normal and are caused by water retention, food still in the intestines, etc. I weighed daily for years and failed for years. Now I am doing well on SB and I weigh weekly. |
