Weekly Weigh-In for those of us starting Ph2 on 4/5

After 4 weeks, I'm moving on. I gained weight on week 3 so decided to stay on Ph1 an extra week. I'm starting week 5 on Ph2 today and will add fruit as my snack - Join me for weekly weigh-ins on Ph2.

In Ph1, I started at 172.5

In Ph2, I'm starting at 166.5

Wish me luck.

My husband and I are also starting P2 today! We each spent 2 weeks on P1.

He started P1 at 199.0; starting P2 at 188.5.

I started P1 at 169.0; starting P2 at 158.5.

I'm starting phase 2 today, but will probably go back to phase 1 the week after easter because I know I will cheat. It doesn't have to do with my lack of will power, I just want to. Anyway...

I started at 245 and now I am 235. Good luck everyone!!!

I started Phase 2 yesterday. I had great weight loss (about 10 lbs) up until the weekend. Then, one night of going out for a few cocktails (rum and diet coke ain't too bad) and a wedding the next night kinda blew my weekend. I didn't eat alot of really bad food at the wedding, I avoided the cake, pasta and rice, but still imbibed too much red wine and a few unhealth snacks.

Anyway, that put me back up to about 213 to start Phase 2.

i am thinking of staying on ph1 1 more week, even though today is the 2 week mark. i have alot to loose and cant seem to get myself on a scale. i am way too afraid to even look. i dont want to be disapointed if i havent lost anything. maybe a little longer on ph1 would be ok. :?

Hi! I started the diet at 245 lb (aaahhh! :oops: ), and after about 8 weeks I'm down to 220 :D I've still got a long way to go, but I'm getting there!

Started P1 at 181, after 2 weeks start P2 at 174. I've added yogurt (with fruit) back into my diet, but I've been nervous about adding a lot back in at once. I bought some multi-grain (5g of fiber!) bread at Trader Joe's, so I'm trying to figure out when to have that...

I was bad today and had a couple of gummi hearts that were on someone's desk today. oops. :twisted:

Well, it's been a week on Ph2- I gained a #. I just got back from my long week-end getaway - I was good with my meals but I drank (red wine) everyday. I added 1 wheat toast to my breakfast each day. About the only wrong item I ate was the regular cheese instead of the low fat. And as far as the water I meant to drink more water, really I did.


started 166.5 - after 1 week on Ph2 = 167.5 :-(

I'm going to the gym today on my lunch hour.
