Anyone tried this?
I am no longer eating 100% raw food, although I was. I still think it is important to eat lots of raw salad and fresh fruit and veggies and nuts etc, ... but it is most important to cut out the white flour and sugars.
Just curious, cos it is good for weight loss too. |
