Are the recipes monitored?

Hi, I was just wondering if the recipes on the site are monitored for, we'll say Phase Correctness? I see some recipes that say they're ok for P1 and based on all the research I've done, they can't be. For example, light cream cheese, yogurt w/fruit are two off the top of my head. I saw something last night, it is ok in P1 to have a small Wendy's chili. These are the questions I've come up with, but thought, maybe the recipes and other ideas are monitored to make sure nothing is out there that would harm someone's progress.

Thanks! :D

Why don't you direct this question to Kimboroni and RecipeLover. They'll be able to give you a direct answer.

I can tell you that the chili is fine for all Phases.

Who would do the monitoring?? ;) So the easy answer is No. recipelover has asked folks who post recipes to state for which phase they are appropriate multiple times. If you understand the CURRENT food lists and basic SB principles, we hope that most people can make those determinations on their own. Sometimes people work from outdated info (i.e. no dairy in P1 which isn't true anymore) or misconceptions like beans/legumes are high in carbs and so can't be eaten in P1. It's likely a "hole" in the forum in terms of good, accurate info, but I don't know of a good way to fix it really.
