| Anyone checked out the new Sonoma Diet? I haven't read anything in depth but the ads sound just like the South Beach Diet---the one I saw said you can eat whole grains, meats, cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and red wine, and the plan is made up of 3 "waves". Now how is that different from South Beach? |

It's sort of a cross between the mediterrearen diet and south beach with the sonoma valley flair. Here is their website:
http://www.sonomadiet.com/public/index.aspx
It's an online diet that has menus, power foods, eating plans, etc. |

| It does look very similar! I'm for anything that encourages good carbs and healthy fats as part of a balanced diet, so more power to them! |
