| This may sound like a good thing, but I'm having a hard time some days eating. I feel hungry, but I dont' want anything. Usually, I eat just because I know I need to. Anyone having this problem? |

| Not unusual. No carbs to give you cravings. Just eat smaller portions. |

| How long has it been going on? If only a few days, could be that ToM thing coming on (or leaving, for me the week after I'm not hungry at all.) It could be (shhhh) a cold about to strike. Or, you might need to make some changes in your diet. This kind of thing is usually your body telling you something. Try to make good eating choices in the meantime (because chocolate cake -- or something else way off the diet -- probably isn't the answer :D , even if you think it "might" be.) |

I would say I'm going through the same thing. For the last couple of days I've been skipping meals, but forcing myself to eat breakfast because I know I need it, but that's all. I'm going to force myself to start eating more though because yesterday all I had was an egg and canadian bacon for breakfast and didn't eat anything else. Then I exercized 6 miles in a half hour on the exercize bike and later I went for a long walk, and at the end of the day I almost fainted because I felt so week.
So, my advise, eat even if your not hungry. You need protein. |

I am also feeling "full" after eating only a small amount! Yesterday I made 2 scrambled eggs with cheese for breakfast (LF of course) and I could only eat half of it.
The diet is doing what it's supposed to do...making you feel less hungry, therefore eating smaller portions.Isn't it great! This is just day 6 for me, and I already feel the difference. |

| I am also not very hungry nowadays. Its a good thing too right? Loved those crackers at one time. Now it's not on my mind. Make yourself eat a cheese stick or something just to get a liitle food into you. Good luck!! :) |

I also don't like eating anymore.
Just the thought of certain foods makes me nauseous.
But I am eating. Just not enjoying it. |

| I'm on day 6 and I'm hoping that NOT wanting food will become my problem! I've stuck to the diet with the exception of having a little FiberOne yesterday morning. Now THERE is something that will make you not want to eat! |

I also get full really quickly. What has happened to me is that I've fallen into eating a little bit 5-6 times a day. Which is a good thing! It keeps the metabolism going without overdoing it at any particular meal. Also.. the dog has loved sitting by me when we eat, as he knows I'll almost always have food left over on my plate!

| Yeah, I'm never really hungry either. I try to eat every 4 hours whether I'm hungry or not. Because otherwise I'll wait 6 - 8 hours and feel light headed. And then when I eat, I'm eating about 1/2 of my usual amount (pre-south beach) and I'm stuffed! Anyways, I guess it's normal. As long as I don't completely forget to eat, I feel fine... actually, I feel great! (Wow. Did I just type that I sometimes forget to eat??? Can this be me? I have never forgotten to eat before IN MY LIFE before this diet. This is so weird... ) :D |
