It appears that you're creating a new journal each time.
You want to go back into where you last posted and hit the "post a reply". This will make a continuation of your "journal". Use this thread, your original: http://www.southbeach-diet-plan.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=510127#510127
I copied all of your new journal pages over to your original. Hope that helps. :D |

| Thanks Lynda! :) I would only add that each "page" is 15 posts. So you won't see a 2nd page until your 16th post (by you or someone else) in the same continuation thread. I don't know how many you had that Lynda copied in or if she did it as all one post (likely) or in multiple individual posts. |

211 posts? How much time do you have?? ;)
No easy way that I know of. If you had a selection that you wanted to turn into a journal here is a process that would likely work.
1. Create the journal with your title in one window and either add a beginning post and then open a "reply post" text box or use the first one.
2. Open up a second browser window into the forum as well.
3. Find the first post of yours that you want to copy in.
4. Highlight the text in the post, do a right click/Copy or a CTRL-C to copy the post. (If you have emoticons or text formatting you want to preserve, you will need to "Edit" the post first which will allow you to capture the textual codes behind the emoticons and formatting choices as well.)
5. Go back to the first browser window and paste (Right click/Paste or CTRL-V) the post in and Submit.
6. Open up a reply post text box and repeat steps 3. to 6. until you get all of them in that you want.
FWIW, even as a moderator, we cannot move individual posts. We can move entire threads from one forum to another, but there just aren't functions to deal with individual posts other than editing and deleting. |

| Oh my-not willing to tackle the task at this time. I guess I should take the plunge and begin. It seems to be a little riskier to me-I like the safety of my own little group! Need to contemplate.... |
