I heard about the Liquid diet, and the lOw cal diet...
how many calories are you suppose to eat/ drink for these?

hey sammie,
no one answered your question before.
the amount of calories to consume per day is based on your height/weight/build/amount of activity you do/age/ et cetera.
you seem to be confused with your own goals. you've mentioned lot about calorie counting and such, and wanting to lose weight, then not wanting to, et cetera, because you are satisfied.
need some guidance? |

| calorie consumption isnt really a one size fits all environment, unfortunately. (weight x 10) - 500 cal + (activity level) = target consumption |
