Anyone read The Volumetrics Eating Plan by Barbara Rolls? I have just come across this a couple days ago and it sounds like something I could incorporate into a South Beach program. The Volumetric basics are more high water containing foods i.e. vegetables and fruit over calorie dense foods like wheat pasta and dry grain type products (cookies, pretzles). It seems like a well rounded diet plan including all food groups. I haven't searched for any recipes sites yet but will when I have time.
