Thanks everybody. I do feel great. I lost another pound this week. I am 9 pounds away from my goal of 145!! I am getting a ton of comments at work and I tell everybody about this way of eating.

I am now 3 pounds from goal and feel great. I just keep eating the good foods and know I will get there eventually. Just keep plugging along and the weight will come off!!
