help! i just did the metabolic typing at the doctors...spend a fair sum of money..and I've never been so confused in my life!!!..this way of eating suggests combining the metabolic diet with the blood type diet....I know the blood type diet quite well but to my awful surprise it comes out that when I join both diets there are maybe only 10 products in this world which I can eat!!!!... ..
If any of you would be so kind and help me find some more complete food tables (do's and dont's) for fast burners I'd be more than thankful for the help... :D |

| I'm not exactly sure what you'd like us to offer up. Of course, we'd be recommending SB... but I'm not sure why you were given such limitations. I don't believe in the blood type diet (personally) and know nothing of metabolic typing. How on earth do doctors expect you to eat about 8 items and survive? Are these medical doctors? :? |

Hi..
I know SB.. but the reason i started looking for something different is because i didn't feel good all the way. thanks to metabolic typing I know why. To be honest it's quite similar to SB..but much more precise and makes more sense...we are all different, so why should we have teh same diet?

I just cant find a full list of the food I can eat...the food list in teh book is not complete, and I was too overwhelmed to ask the doctor.
this is the list i have
http://www.naturalhealthyellowpages.com/metabolic/proteintype.html
but! the book says that I should also take a glimpse at the blood type diet as for its related to metabolism...and when I do that it comes out that I can't eat most of the stuff from the metabolic list  this is crazy...should I just ignore the blood type??I'm really healthy (and blood type is mainly for ill people)..so maybe those peanuts won't hurt me?? (ofcourse in the metabolic one I can eat them till I burst...well...hmm..almost burst  )
Help!!!! |

| Seems to me if you spent a lot of money with your doctor to have this done, then they should be the ones advising you about the conflicts between the 2 programs and helping you to resolve your issues. Good luck! |
