The first two photos are what that forced me to start SB. I couldnt believe how round my face was or how huge my stomach was. I am now down 24 lbs in only 2 lbs and feel so much healthier. Only about 70 lbs left to go. :D

Thanks so much for the encouragement everyone. What's amazing is that I dont even feel like I'm on a diet or anything. :D Something else which is really spurring me on is the fact that I am going to Australia for 2 weeks over the Thanksgiving Holidays and I want to look amazing for that. Hopefully I can to lose another 20 lbs before I leave. :D

hi texian! my husband just got out of the marine corps but he did two tours in iraq also and i was just wondering where you guys are stationed. we were in 29 palms CA for 3.5 yrs.
i'm just starting this it's been almost a week now and i can't stop cheating!! how do you guys do it? |
