Ok.. so keep in mind that it is pouring rain here, and my hair is a mess lol. I on the beach, and going to CURVES! I got weighed in and measured today. Ive been on the South Beach for 7 weeks. I have lost 40 pounds and 34.25 inches!!!! The 3rd picture is my face when I heard how many inches I have lost! lol Im a goof

I'm not hitting on you but you look beautiful!! Way to go!
I have struggled with a little weight all my life ( avg wgt 160-180) but plummeted up to 250 at height 5'6 after being put on anti-depressants for 3 yrs.
Thank God I have been off of them for 5 months now. I started the SBD on 9/24/05. I have lost 7 lbs. so far but I really want to get back down to at least 180. Do you have any pointers that helped you? Do you excercise alot? I HATE it but I have began to walk.
