Well I don't take many pictures right now, but here is one from the Oregon Coast Aquariam over the Fourth of July weekend. This is exactly how I look at the beginning of Phase 1 - 185 pounds. Yikes!

I just moved away from the Pacific Northwest, after 35+ years there! Where are you from? We'd most recently spent 10 years in Vancouver, WA, but I was raised in Lebanon, OR. |

Thanks for the welcoming. I live in good ol' Portland, Oregon. Technically, I'm in Oregon City right now, but it's in the metropolitan area. I lived in Eugene for 6 years, but now I'm back in Portland. I love it here! |

Wow, fabulous! I loved Portland. We were close enough that many places in Portland were closer than places on the far side of Vancouver for us.
Powells, The Saturday Market, OMSI, the rose gardens... very fun stuff. |
