ok so I've been spending my morning looking at all these amazing before, during and after pictures and I thought I'd post a few pics of me before and 1 during...
I started on July 4th and am down about 14lbs so far which to me is a great accomplishment! I will post more pics as I go along.
I do want to thank everyone else who posted pics, you are all a true inspiration:
Plump in purple (the grimace comment...lol) Last july about 195lbs
MY wedding day Feb 2005 about 190
1 month after starting the beach with a 13lbs loss (aug 6 2005) at 183
I really haven't set any date goals, I've done that in the past and if I don't reach the goal, I get discouraged and end up quitting, so for the beach, I'm going to enjoy this ride, no matter how long it takes and my only goal is to try to stay on the beach as good as I can, and if there is a slip up, I know that I WILL get right back to it.

thank you all for your kind words, they really do help everyone to inspire us to keep at it, you know what I mean!!

| I knew 190 could be beautiful, you are just more proof! Keep up the good work and soon you will feel as beautiful as you look. I know from my own experience that even when others tell you that you look good, you don't honestly believe them because you are not comfortable with the way you look or feel. SB has helped me to feel better about myself, both inside and out, and I know it can do the same for you. |

man kris, that second photo looks just like your image, i mean just like it, if your charm was green on your necklace and attached to your head then i would swear someone did a drawing of you, your eyes, you brows, they got you perfect!! beutiful for sure.
