can anyone tell me their experience with just losing like 20 lbs? i'm trying to go from 150 to 130 and i'm just wondering how well/quickly SB works on a smaller amount of weight? how much did you lose in the phase one? how quickly in phase 2?
just need some confirmation.

Im 3 days from P2 and I have lost 11 pounds. I am 4.5 pounds from my goal. It works but I know its a lifetime way of life. If I go back to all of those "goodies" I will be right back where I started.

It's definately a way of life. ;)

I went from 137 - 126 and have stayed at that weight for about 2 months. I started in Feb. It helps if you exercise too... the weight will come off faster and you'll become more "tone", with a look of losing even more. ;) I strongly suggest people that don't have a lot to lose ESPECIALLY to start up exercising almost daily if they aren't already. Exercise helps all body types - but if you don't have a lot to lose... to be able to see the results - exercise! :mrgreen:

There's tons of information on this board you can read up on the diet and maybe look in the "Experience and success stories" forum. Good stuff!
