First picture is me, around 275, before any weight loss,(I got down to 175,in not a healthy way, needless to say, it didn't stay off), 2nd is January 2004 at around 205, I was starting to gain back what I had lost, climbing back to 217 before I discovered the Beach,and now, at around 180, almost to my goal, the healthy way this time, and the last time I will ever weigh this much. Now if I can just do something with those flabby arms!
