| Has anyone tried this? It's also referred to as the Lemonade Diet I believe. It's basically a fast. You drink a lemon juice/maple syrup/cayenne pepper concoction. The purpose is to rid the body of toxins, with weight loss as a side effect. My girlfriend is doing it and she feels great. I saw her before and after the fast and she looks skinny. You have to gradually add food back in after the 10 days so you don't shock your body. Fresh squeezed OJ and vegetable broth for the first couple of days, then fruits and veggies for a few days. Just wondering if anyone has had any success! Seems like a good way to improve your health.... |
