I thought I'd post these up. :]
I have another probably 20 to go or so, but its been a long haul since 2002, full of on and off dieting, excersizing, fad dieting, you name it. I think after three years I finally have a good knowledgable understanding of what works, and what doesn't.
I have never been one to take full body shots, obviously since I was unhappy with my body, but i'm getting a little better. Eventually when im "there" i'll take full body pose shots :)

Wow! You look great. Even in the head shots, it's clear how slender you've become from your face.

| Thank you :) I am....but I'm not done yet, so I can't allow myself to get TOO proud becuase I"d tend to jsut say 'well this is good enough" and stop lol. |

| Great progress!! Such a beautiful young lady!! We really do get the lovliest beach babes here! Just out of curiosity, I'm assuming that must be your Mom in the May photo and your BF in the latest July photo? If that is your Mom, easy to see where your good looks came from and if that is your BF, you look really great as a couple together! Not that I comment on guys looks too often, but he is kind of a hottie himself! ;) |

Actually thats my older cousin in that other photo =] She's adorable.

My boyfriend has been more than wonderful through all of this. He's 150% supportive and tells me all the time that I look beautiful the way I am now, and he even warms me to not lose too much weight becuase he likes my big rear end LOL !! |

congrats on your beginnings with South Beach!
If you stick with it you will definetly see results =)
The people, and these forums have been a HUGE motivator for me, so definetly stick around.
As for my goal weight, i'm really aiming for somewhere between 150-160. Becuase I"m so tall and have a fairly broad build, I'm not sure where I will end up. I stopped weighing myself though about 1 month ago. So, I have no idea anymore where I'm at, and how far I really have to go. Im just juding based on how my body looks, changes, and what size clothes I'm squeezing into. Hopping on and of the scale has sabotogued me and caused me to give up on more than a dozen occasions, so I quit doin that lol |

I don't think you need to lose any more weight, you look terrific :) But you're the only person that can decide that.

| You are an inspiration to me! I am 5'10 and currently weigh 222 down from 235. I'm in my first week of phase 2. My goal is 170, below 170 I'd lose all of my curves, LOL. Great job and thanks for sharing your success! |

I actually do need to lose some more weigght. It doesn't show in my face, but my lower half has about another inch to go. Nothing super major, but I want it off anyway. =) |

Wow you lost a ton of weight in Phase I. CONGRATS.
Definetly just keep it up.
i dont know how it'll happen with you, but When I got around 190..i hit the worst plateu of my life! I was stuck between 185-190 for almost a full year! well, mostly becuase I kept giving up during that time because no matter what I ate, or didn't eat, I stayed the same lol |
