Has anyone heard of this?!?! It's crazy. Follows the same 5 meals/day as SB, but it says you can eat whatever you want! From McDonalds, frozen dinners, fried food, WHATEVER. AND get this, you don't have to work out...
What are these fad diets teaching people!! It's almost like another version of Atkins... |

| When I first heard about it, I thought it was just like SBD but once I found out you could eat whatever you wanted (like junk food!), I realized that it sure wasn't for me! I eat HEALTHFULLY every three hours on SBD!! |

It was created by that guy Jorge Cruise (a guy who has done fad diets before)
Here's a link about it:
http://www.3hourdiet.net/home/index.php?page=HIW3
On TV, they embellish the fact that you can eat whatever kinds of food you watn as long as it stays within the calorie limit. I guess in that case, i can eat an entire box of snackwells as a meal then... |

| I saw many TV spots about the 3Hr diet last week. Looks strangely like the SBD Ph 3 in portion size and foods. Tsk tsk, it's a shame I didn't think of it! |

| I am shocked that Jorge Cruise sunk to that level. He's the creator of the 8 Minute Workout, which I loved, loved, loved. I'm just surprised that he's jumped on the fad diet bandwagon. Sad... |
