Hey everyone...
I just wanted to do a little poll to see if and how often people around this here board exercise, along with being on the SBD.

| Hey, I said 6-7 times a week but I was thinking 'days per week'. I will often do something more than once a day--weather permitting. |

Well, the "few times a day" option is for people that exercise 2 or more times/day 7 days/week. ;)
I sometimes w/o twice in one day... maybe 3-4 times/week, but I still put 6-7 days. ;) |

| I put 6-7 times per week, but it totally depends on the swelling that is going on in my leg. . .if I have a lot of swelling exercise is not as much! |

| I put a few times a day, since I tend to do my regularly scheduled workout, then toss in an extra video or walk, and dh likes to hike on Saturday mornings with our dog, and Saturdays are my 'day off! LOL |

Good stuff, you guys!
I've been running across all these "Americans are obese and don't exercise" articles lately :? and I guess I wanted this poll to motivate us all! There ARE people out there who have adopted a new way of eating and DO incorporate exercise on a regular basis. :D
Way to go everyone! Way to take charge of your lives!!!!

Does a 6 hour hike count as more than once in a day? Maybe "number of hours per week" would be a better indicator.
I exercise about an hour a day during the week and often put in 6 - 8 hours on the weekend (at least in summer!), for a total of 11 - 13 hours per week. |

Boy I wish I had time to work out twice a day!
My boyfriend says Im obsessed. If I miss a workout one day during the week, im put in an instand bad mood :( |
