You are ALL an inspiration!

I have taken the time to go throught almost every single post here and I just want to say what an inspiration you all are.

I just started SB and I thought to myself that this weight loss can't really continue, but looking at all of you an seeing how far you have all come has inspired my way of thinking. I know have confidence that this WILL work and I know it's a long road to lose about 65 lbs, but know I KNOW that it can be done and I will stick to this.

And if I ever feel down or negative, I know that I can just look here again and get back to the right frame of mind.

I totally agree with you!

Whenever I feel discouraged I just come here, and all I have to do is look! It IS possible, and it WILL happen for me, and anyone else who puts their mind to it!

All it takes is some conviction, and anyone can have the great success that all of these gorgeous people have had!
