Even though I've only lost a few pounds on the Beach, I can tell a difference in my belly for sure! :D I can get into clothes I couldn't before! Their claims of belly fat loss aren't a lie! :D
(keep in mind I have an 8 month old so don't be too critical! ;) ) Anyone know of an "arm diet?" LOL

You look really good! You can totally tell even though it's only a few pounds. I could tell right away when I started losing weight. I lost like 6lbs in the first week, but people noticed, it comes off the most noticable part!

I find it hard to believe that you have an 8 month old....even by looking at your before pic. I love how just watching your bad carb intake gets rid of the bloat belly. You look really great though. As someone else said, I would take your before pic as my own...lol!!
