You all have made some wonderful compliments. I thank you for them. I come back to my pic and look at it occasionally even though it hurts. HERES a tip for everyone and this has helped me ALOT!!!!!
TAKE your before pic and put it on the refrigerator. I posted my first pic you all got to see on my refrigerator with a poem I had written to myself the poem reads.....
AS hard as it is too look at this picture,
I need to remember everytime I think about eating unhealthy,
About where I came from and what used to be,
I need to remember how I felt in this picture,
And how I feel today.......
MY boyfriend added to the pic saying this;
YOU also must not forget that , you are not alone, Love Adam
How sweet and inspiring is that. The pic I have finally taken down with a new pic I took this past weekend. So that I have something harder to work for. I keep the pics handy and carry one in my purse so I have the choice eat the things that are unhealthy and chance gaining back the weight or eating healthy and living my life........... Its really not a choice for me anymore... I must be healthy and I have to live my life to its fullest... .................. HUGS TO YOU ALL.... WE CAN ALL DO THIS..

Sherrylynn,
You are such an inspiration. To see how wonderfully you have done is such an encouragement!!! I thought I would be the only person at 300 pounds in the forum-by being honest and sharing with me you've let me know that while I have a LONG way to go that I can do it. I plan to celebrate small milestones as well. How have you celebrated? |

| congratulations you are such an inspiration i once was 316 after i had my two kids and yo yo diet and lost about fifty five pounds but went back up to 292 and i have been on sb for three weeks and am down to 278 and you have inspired me you look great. |

Your pics and site were one of the reasons I joined the message boards. I think that it is easier having a visual for real people, making real choices, putting in the work - and having amazing results. Tremendous for you and congratulations on a work in progress -really well done.
