I started out at 342 lbs.. and Im down to 215 I still have 55-60 more pounds to lose but I feel so much better........ I went home to New Hampshire after being away from my family for over a year and My aunt didnt even know who I was until I spoke. I hate looking at my past pics but I hope this can be inspiration for those people who say they cant do it, or say they will just go have surgery. I didnt have surgery, I worked my butt off with alot of support from my man I have come this far, I never want to turn back........... Good luck to you all.........

| TOO FUNNY hehe. Its definatly me... People dont believe me, as I carry a before pic around in my wallet to remind myself not to over eat and not to indulge in things I dont need and peoples response to the pic is like WHO IS THAT? I usually say it was my evil twin... thats gone now.. But anyway.. thanks for the post.... =) Its been a hard road YOU ALL CAN DO THISSSSSSSSSSS EVERYONE OF YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! |

WOW! The difference is crazy :shock:
Big Dog tshirts make me laugh..if I had a nickel for every "Big Dog" shirt that I've had to give away I'd be a freakin' king. If I never wear another "Big Dog" shirt in my life I'd die a happy man.
Needless to say..but keep up the great work 8)

| Its taken since june 2003.. and I only did it with the help and push from my bf to get healthy. He has supported me since the day he met me and has become my best friend as well as lover. A word of advice the only things I can really say is DONT GIVE UP... DONT EVER GIVE UP! And I struggle, dont think its been a cake walk. there was like 8 months I did NOTHING i sat back and did nothing. I didnt watch too good what I was eating and I didnt excercise... it was just nuts. But Im back at it, I have 55-60 more to go.. and I am not stoping til its DONE!!!!!!!!!!! DONT Give up guys..... HUGS............ SherryLynn |
