Eeep! Me right before exams...aka stress time..prolly put on a good 10lbs in 3 weeks...horrible pic of me :oops:
Another hideous pic..which sucks cuse the pics that I love of me and my friends are me at my heaviest..its a shame but its my motivation and reminder as to what I dont want to be.
Alright..its abit blurry but this is me 23.5lbs down. Im getting closer and closer to my 1st goal. I restarted phase one today so I hope that in a couple weeks-month when I update these pics there will be a greater difference. I know you dont lose as much the second time on phase one but I cheated big time over the long weekend....I look a lil tired in these pics cause I work graveyard shifts....hadnt gone to bed yet!

And this is what Im working towards for the end of the summer...if this skirt fits then I will be sooo happy...the skirt is a small size 12...back when I thought I looked huge..just even in the hips/thighs area I see such a difference
GOAL!! for Sept 1st
Im finally starting to see a difference i must say...esepcially ever since Ive been very strict on doing weights each week. Ive lost around 22 inches total. 4.5 on my waist, 3.5 on my bust, 4 on my hips, 3 off each thigh, 1.5 on my arm and even 2 inches off my neck which I thought was bizare!
current updates!! lost 45 lbs in about 4 months and Im still losing! Ignore my hair is this photo! I had bought a tube top for the first time and was so proud that I didnt look disgusting wearing it!!
can I jsut say how much I can see the weight loss in my face. This pic was taken 2 days ago. I dont have a scale handy but I figure Ive lose another 8-10 lbs so. Lemme know what you all think!
Oh and btw...that lil skirt...it fits!!! Among many other things! This was the first time Ive enjoyed back to school shopping. Im down to a wearing a 12 most days. Depends on the designer. So proud of myself. All my friends that havent seen me since april said I look great. Even my boyfriend says that he physiically and mentally sees the changes Ive made. Im so much happier and more confident! I ahve to update my lil weight tracker but I figure Im down to around 175-178. When I left home 2.5 weesk ago I was 183 but I know Ive lost weight because all my new pants are fitting big! |

| You've come so far, and you are doing fanastic. Don't even give a second thought your holiday cheats, just get right back on track. You will be fitting into that skirt again in no time. :-) |
