| Kristen, go to your library and check out the South Beach Diet book and read it carefully. Then consider if you want to follow this way of eating. I highly recommend it, but I like to cook and try new things, so it is easy for me to "get into". If you are still living at home, you will need to enlist the help of the cook/meal planner. Heh, this is doable! |
