| Hey im a first time poster. I saw the infomercial of the 6 week diet. IM wondering if anyone knows what type of stuff in general i should eat general if im a body type c? I would really really appriciate any eating schedule or types of food, or just any info about it. I want to lose about 20-30 pounds. All help would be really appriciated thanks. |

| i tried it last year and i lost like 8 pounds in 4 days BUT you eat to many of the same foods all day everyday and i found it hard to go any where cause you always have to eat ! |

| really all you eat is chicken ,fish , egg whites , turkey breast , all veggie , fruit , rice and thats just about it |

| How often would i eat this stuff? and is there any fast food type of food acceeptable? Should i eat every time im hungry, and when i eat should i eat til im full? |
