I know, I know.. I think I've gone through every photo posted and said "WOW"
Everyone here as given me total motivation. They should be so proud of their success.
Me too! I can not wait until I can post an after photo!! Hopefully in a bikini! :lol: |

| I know these pictures are what motivated me to the point where I could finally post mine! Just reading the forums here, and hearing about similar successes, stalls, and cheats, :shock: I mean 'treats' :-D, and seeing all the other before and after pics really helped me to stay motivated, and finally stick to a healthy eating plan. |

The before and after section of this forum is FAB! I too, have spent time looking through all the photos and often gasp at everyone's amazing transformations!
Congratulations to everyone who has posted there and taken the time, effort and COURAGE to post your pic's in the firstplace! Inspiring indeed!
