Yes, I do have an idea and it's possible. but what you're doing is a crash diet and you'll gain the same weight back very quickly due to the fact that your body received so less calories over those 40 days that it holds everything ( food ) because it wants to keep functioning. and when ya quit the crash diet and eat normal you're body is used to holding all that food because it thinks that it's the only thing it gets.
So, i recommend ya not to do it, but if ya wanna do it, it's your call.
Breakfast 200 ml youghurt
Lunch 2 slices of bread with light things on it
Dinner 50 grammes light meat and 200 gramme vegetables.
And just drink water during the day.
It works, but is this what ya want ? |

| FWIW, I tend to agree. SB is not a quick loss weight program based on overly restrictive eating. Those who come to SB expecting quick results with their primary goal being some kind of event are usually destined for failure. SB works as a lifestyle change program over an extended period of time. It seeks to change the way we eat and process food over time by providing a very healthy balance of whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and lean protein sources. It's a great way of eating and I heartily recommend it as a "becoming healthy" program. It succeeds very well at this. As a time oriented, pure weight loss plan, it tends to fail because that is not what it was designed for. If you just want to adopt eating the SB way because it is the right thing to do for your body and accept that you will likely weigh less and be much healthier for your cruise, then that's a valid strategy. As we like to say here, you probably didn't put all that excess weight on in 40 days, so how do you expect it to come off that quickly? Good luck and enjoy your trip! |

| You currently are not overweight. Your present BMI is 21.8, well within the normal range. If you lose 22 pounds your BMI will be 18.3, officially UNDERweight. |
