Im apart of another large forum with this same format (www.aquariumadvice .com ... http://www.aquariumadvice.com/index.php?c=7) and they have a regional forum
You have to "become a member" of the forum before you can post... it comes in handy.. and i would think it would be especially helpful here to find support in your area
