Has anyone tried the Fat Flush plan? It's by a dietician. I'm torn between starting SB and that one. There are a lot of (expensive) supplements to take, and while I'm not opposed to taking supplements or spending $ to lose the weight, I am opposed to it if it doesn't work. What are your thoughts on chemicals/additives and the effect they have on our systems? Do we need Omega-3? Are we not getting something through normal eating that we must get through supplements? Why is whey protein so big now on so many diets? Please help me. I am losing my mind trying to find the best diet for not only weight loss, but also my health.

I know someone who was on the fat flush diet and lost a whopping 40 lbs in 3 months. BUT it took her 6 months to gain it all back and then some. I read the book and its a very restictive diet and very low calorie. I also did some study before committing to the SB and the Flash diet is not heathy in the long run. IMHO

The Fat Flush Plan book really confused me. It seemed extremely restricted and you drink this watered down cranberry juice all day. Yuck!

As everything, it works well for some people, but not others.
