Well I've decided to add to the growing collection of posts here and add my before and "oh so close" after.
I still would like to lose a few more pounds but I'm very happy thus far w/the results. I'm even looking forward to my blood work up next week ;)
My before was taken around my heaviest..circa Thanksgiving '03.. and the after was snapped last night.

^ Well I'm sorta going to see what happens. I'm not going to change anything drastically..I'll probably add in another grain/fruit and see how my body reacts before declaring I'm into Phase 3.
